Where can I buy EVW Sports merchandise?
You can purchase our merchandise exclusively from the official EVW Sports online store, accessible through our website. This ensures you get authentic products directly from the source.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Restocks depend on the product. Some popular items, such as general jerseys, may be restocked, while limited-edition or event-specific products (including autographed items) are produced in small quantities and will not be available again once sold out.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates, available carriers, and estimated delivery times differ based on your location. Please note that customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected. Domestic orders generally arrive within 5–10 business days, while international orders can take 10–25 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your package online.
I didn’t receive my tracking email. What should I do?

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns for most unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Certain products, such as autographed merchandise and event-specific items, are final sale and cannot be returned.
Are autographed items returnable?
No. Autographed items are considered collector’s pieces and are sold as-is. All sales on signed merchandise are final.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, email contact@evwsports.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are possible for unused and unopened items, provided they are in stock. If your requested exchange item is unavailable, we can issue store credit or a refund according to our policy.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
If your order is damaged during shipping, email contact@evwsports.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damage, the packaging, and your order number so we can quickly resolve the issue.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Currently, we do not provide a gift-wrapping service. However, all items are packaged securely to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Can I request a signature on my item?
Only items specifically listed as autographed will come signed. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate personal autograph requests for standard merchandise orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and selected digital wallets. Payment methods available to you will be displayed at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped. To cancel, email contact@evwsports.com immediately with your order number.

Will my jersey have sponsor logos?
Yes. Our event jerseys match the design worn by athletes, including sponsor logos, so you get the authentic look.
Can I customize a jersey with my name?
At this time, we do not offer customization services. All jerseys are sold as officially designed for the event.
How do I purchase the Pay-Per-View event?
You can purchase the PPV directly on our livestream website (live.evwsports.com) by selecting the event, clicking “Buy Now,” and completing checkout using a credit/debit card, PayPal, or other supported payment methods. Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your unique viewing access.
What payment methods are accepted for Pay-Per-View?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Klarna, Afterpay, and PayPal. If your preferred method is unavailable, please contact support.
Will I receive a confirmation email after purchasing the PPV?

Do I need an account to watch the PPV?

Can I watch the PPV on multiple devices?
You can log in and watch on different devices (computer, phone, tablet, smart TV), but only one device can stream at a time. Attempting multiple simultaneous streams may automatically log one out.

Can I rewatch the PPV after the event ends?
Yes. Your PPV purchase includes replay access after the live event ends. This allows you to catch up or rewatch your favorite matches.
What happens if I miss the live broadcast?
Don’t worry—your purchase includes access to the full replay after the event, so you can watch anytime.
Is the PPV purchase refundable?
PPV sales are generally non-refundable once the event has started or replay has been accessed. If you experience technical issues preventing you from watching, contact support for assistance.
I bought the PPV but can’t log in. What should I do?

Can I show EVW Sports Pay-Per-View events at my home, office, or commercial establishment?
Yes! EVW Sports offers licenses for public viewing and commercial establishments. You can choose from plans for 10 people, 20 people, 40 people, or an unlimited number of viewers. Can I purchase the PPV for someone else as a gift?

Will commentary be available in multiple languages?
The default PPV stream includes English commentary. In the future some events may offer additional commentary tracks in other languages, depending on availability. These language options will be displayed on the event page.
Where can I buy EVW Sports event tickets?
Tickets for all EVW Sports events are sold exclusively through the official EVW Sports website. Simply visit the event’s ticket purchase page, select your preferred ticket type, and follow the checkout process to secure your seat.
Are tickets refundable?
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only issued if the event is canceled, in which case we will notify all ticket holders via email with instructions.
How will I receive my ticket?
Once your purchase is complete, your ticket will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Tickets are digital and include a unique QR code for entry.
Can I use a digital ticket at the venue?
Yes. We accept mobile tickets — simply present the QR code on your phone at the entrance. Please ensure your screen brightness is turned up for quick scanning.
Do you sell tickets at the door?
Depending on availability, limited tickets may be sold at the event venue. However, we strongly recommend purchasing in advance to guarantee entry.

No, apart from the private meal that VIPs will enjoy with the athletes, all other meals during their stay will need to be arranged by the VIPs themselves.
